Tech and Performances May 11 - 19, 2025 at Anne Arundel Community College
Students in the workshop will work with our Stage Manager, Kristin Tufo, and our Stage Manager Assistants, Addie and Maeve.
Students will learn...
1. Theatrical Stage Terms
2. Set Construction and how to use a variety of materials.
3. Construction and Tool Safety.
4. Use of Power Tools
5. Painting and Set Design along with Prop Construction
6. Working backstage during the productions.
7. How to set up prop tables, spike set pieces, and set moving safety.
Students will act as stage hands during the productions.
(students will not be working lights or sound during the productions but are welcome to shadow the professionals.)
